Janet-Lynn is originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia. Although she is a Canadian (and proud of it), she loves living in the United States.

 

Janet-Lynn and Stephen, her husband of 26 years, are passionate about their family, friends and traveling. If you were to ask her about her husband she would say “he is the kindest person I know and he can fix anything!” They have three beautiful and interesting children- Caleb, Jessie, and Cali.

 

On the educational front, Janet-Lynn earned a Bachelor's Degree from Heritage Bible College in Religious Education as well as a two year diploma in missions and youth ministry.  She has been using this background to work in the education field most of her career. 

 

No rookie when it comes to ministry experience, prior to Riverside, she has served in her church just about every way imaginable, including 25 years of being actively involved in children's ministry. 

 

When she isn’t hanging out with her family, you can find her having coffee with her friends, doing home renos with her husband or looking at recipes that she probably will never cook!
