Peggy was born and raised in North Port, Florida. She moved to Fort Myers in 2011 to attend Florida Gulf Coast University and decided to make it home. 

 

Prior to joining the staff in August 2017, Peggy taught 5th grade at a local elementary school. Now, as the Communications Director, she works to make sure everyone knows what's going on here at Riverside through print, digital, and social media. She also works closely with the Creative Team on videos, graphics, and other creative projects, like our RiversideSWFL app.

 

Peggy is passionate about children (and adults) knowing Jesus and experiencing His love. She often roots for the underdog, enjoys traveling, exploring unique coffee shops and bookstores, and taking naps.
