Get Involved
There are many ways for a person to get involved in student ministry.
Small Group Leader
A person who leads a small group of a students Sunday mornings, preferably with a leadership team of two. They facilitate discussion both spiritually and relationally with the students in their group. They will essentially be an extension of the youth pastor to those students. The goal of the small group leader team is to develop community within the group and by extension within the youth ministry as a whole. This requires commitment beyond just Sunday by asking for the leaders to do life with the students and have a level of involvment with the students outside of church. This is the highest level of commitment for a youth leader.
Security on Wednesday Nights
Our Wednesday night programming sees many students come through the doors. We need men who will volunteer to run security for us, i.e. making sure students are where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be there.
