SUNDAY . . .

Preschool (KBE)

Opportunities to be part of the KBE “Kamp Guide” team in each room: Infants, One's, Two's, and the 3, 4 & 5's classroom as well as the Kamp Lodge. Time commitment is 1 hour per week at either service.

Elementary (KidZone)

Opportunities to be part of the KidZone Lead Team for each classroom: Kindergarten-1^st Grade, 2^nd-3^rd Grade, 4^th-5^th Grade Girls, 4^th-5^th Grade Boys, and the Large Group (Drama) as well as the Sonshiner’s class for special needs children. Time commitment is 1 hour per week at either service.

Youth (Times7)

Opportunities to be a Times7 Small Group leader or assistant for each age group: 6th through 12th Grade boys and girls. Time commitment is 1 hour per week during second service.

Teaching Ministry

At Riverside we offer some key classes: Starting Point and Discipleship Training. Opportunities exist to be part of the small group leadership team. Time commitment is 1 hour per week for 10-12 weeks.

Worship

Join our one of our worship teams as a Choir Member, part of the Orchestra, Band or Praise Team. Time commitment varies.

Velcro Ministry . . . helping people stick

Become part of welcoming people to church by being part of a rotating greeter or parking attendant team, or the Welcome Booth team who provide information and office services to people attending church, help set up coffee, follow-up with visitors, special events, facilities team. Time commitment is 1-2 hours per month.

Congregational Service

Be part of the Ushers Team and Lord’s Supper servants. Time commitment is 1-4 hours per month.

Technical Team

Be part of the Soundbooth and Production technical team that makes all the sound, video and words appear during services. Time commitment varies.

OTHER THAN SUNDAY . . .

Church Office

In our church office we have opportunities to be part of our communication and administrative activities involving the website, blog, member records, event mailings and pictorial directory and volunteers receptionists.

LifeGroups

Be a Host home of a LifeGroup or be a group leader. Time commitment varies but is typically 2-3 hours in a week, 2 or 3 times per month as groups tend to meet 3 weeks on one week off.

Discovery Life Center

Discovery helps people reach the plan for their life for relational healing, growth, and enrichment. With over 400 people attending weekly there are many opportunities plug-in such as: teaching, greeting, staying late for lockup, cleanup, newcomers follow-up and phone calls, planning holiday fellowships, arriving early to setup, singer, musician, drama, making coffee, facilitating meetings and God is calling me, but I’m not sure where.

Missions Board

If you have a heart for missions and a heart for service being part of the 7-member board may be for you. If you are interested complete the volunteer form and staff will contact you to get to know you better and discuss the details. In the meantime explore our GroPro Missions page for more information.

Help coach or organize our softball league.

Men and Women’s Ministry

Help organize or be a group leader for our men’s or women’s ministry.

Barnabas Ministry

The Barnabas Ministry is Riverside's care an mercy network. Spread the gospel and your gift of care and mercy with those who are ill, widowed, unable to travel by serving in our on our teams of Hospital and Shut-in Visitation, Widow Care and Jail Visitation. Time commitment is 1 hour per month.

Hospitality

Be part of the group of wonderful servants who supply food, organization and leadership for events by being part of the Kitchen, Funeral and Wedding teams.
