Your little kamper is . . . BIG ENOUGH TO EXPLORE GOD’S WORD!

Riverside's Preschool, Kamp Big Enough, is designed to partner with you in creating a safe, loving and exciting first impression of their heavenly Father. Our passion is for your child to discover and explore the one true God as we nurture their desire to connect with the love of Jesus Christ.

KBE uses First Look curriculum (see video below) which implements several key strategies:
  • Teach less for more.
  • Repeat one key truth (Bottom Line) all month long.
  • Engage the five senses.
  • Help them master the concepts through creative activities.
  • Teach with the end in mind.
  • Help each child by age five, to believe:
  1. God Made Me
  2. God Loves Me
  3. Jesus Wants to be My Friend Forever
  • Create an atmosphere to experience worship!
  • Encourage children to talk to God any time . . . any place.
  • Partner with parents to help them connect with their child AT HOME. - Using the "Small Talk" hand out, parents are provided with ideas for conversation during play time, car time, bath time, and cuddle time. The ideas are themed to align with the lessons given all month in KBE. * Every child gets a "Small Talk" hand out at the beginning of each month. If you do NOT recieve a "Small Talk" hand out for any reason, a Kamp Guide will be able to get one for you. :-)

Check-in/Check-out Procedures

Parent/guardians will receive a Kamp Tag upon signing their child into KBE. If we need you, the number on this tag will appear on the large screen in the sanctuary. ONLY the person presenting this tag, matching the child’s sign-in number, shall be permitted to pick up the child. No exceptions! This is for your child's safety.

Child Dedication

Child Dedication is a service created for the purpose of giving parents the opportunity to publicly share their desire to raise their children in Christ & to celebrate that decision with the church family & friends. These are scheduled twice a year. For more information, contact the main office at 239.689.9000.
