WHAT IS STARTING POINT?

Riverside Church offers Starting Point groups. They are an ideal setting for people with questions about faith as well as those who want to learn more about the Bible and Christianity. It is a conversational environment where people can explore ideas about faith and experience community. It provides a safe and welcoming small group atmosphere where your opinions and thoughts will be valued.

Groups meet for about 10 weeks and together explore the grand story of the Bible. One of the goals of Starting Point is to help participants find their places in the story.

WHO IS IT FOR?

• People who are reconnecting with God after being away from church for a while
• People who are not sure about God or the Bible and want a safe place to discuss spiritual issues
• People who have recently started a relationship with God

WHEN, WHERE AND HOW?

New groups begin regularly and meet for 10 weeks on Sunday mornings at church.

We charge a nominal fee for materials, including a conversation guide and Bible.
