Bob and his family came to Riverside Church in Feb. 2010 from Austin, TX.  He has been married to Sue for 18 years and has four children.  Bob’s passion in ministry is to equip people to love and live like Jesus right where they are Monday through Saturday.  His other passions, outside of spending time with his family, are anything sports related especially golf, fishing and working out.

Pastor Dale is Director of Discovery Life Center.  He has a MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University & is Board Certified as an Addiction Professional (C.P.A.C.) in addition to his ordination as a pastor for over 20 years.  Dale has extensive training in addiction assessment, relapse prevention, marriage reconciliation, sexual addiction, codependency, & anger management. Pastor Dale specializes in couples counseling, conflict resolution, divorce recovery, premarital counseling, & anxiety, abuse, & Theophostic prayer.  His passion is to see people discover who they are in Christ & become reconciled to God, themselves, & others.

Eric graduated from Liberty University where he received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. He then founded and pastored SonRise Community Church in Northern Virginia. He joined the staff of Riverside in 2006. He is married to Laura and has three young children. He enjoys learning, reading, taking risks, working out, going to the beach and fishing with alligators.

- Pastor of Life Groups ,assimilation, Starting Point, and all adult ministries.

Pastor Chris and his wife Pam have been long-term members of Riverside Church.  They were married there and have been blessed with four children. Recently, Chris graduated from Liberty University where he received his undergraduate degree and is continuing as an online graduate student.

Chris served in the Civil Engineering field for 24 years but at the same time enjoyed being involved in a variety of sport and youth related programs. In 2002 his family began serving on short-term mission trips in Mexico and Romania. In 2006 his family moved to Romania to lead an assortment of youth outreach programs. In 2010 Chris and his family returned from the mission field and joined the Riverside Staff. His passion is to invest his time into young hearts teaching them love and live like Jesus. His other interests are soccer, camping-fishing, military history, and anything concerning aviation.

Jody graduated from Slippery Rock University (Pennsylvania) with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Before coming on staff, Jody taught in both the public and private sectors. She is married to Fred Drovdlic and has two children, Casey and Madison. In her leisure time you can find her looking for adventure with family and friends, like fishing in the boat named “One Last Cast.”

Todd has been on staff for the past six years. Todd serves in Adult Ministries,Youth Ministry and is our building supervisor. He can be found moving fruniture, patching leaks or plumbing as needed. Todd's passion for helping people get connected in authentic relationships truely transforms lives. Todd has been married to his wife Amy for seventeen years and they have two children, Calvin and Maddy. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, friends and with his Life Group. When he has time off he likes scuba diving and fishing. Todd's sense of humor and his ability to have a "whatever it takes" attitude help strengthen us as a whole. He keeps us laughing and light hearted. If we didn't have Todd we would have a lot of broken stuff. We're thankful for his gift of being able to fix stuff!

Liz has been on staff since 2007 helping in Counseling, Recovery & Transforming Prayer ministries. Her current responsibilities now include assisting with Children's Ministry and Missions. Liz likes to remain behind the scenes, but can often be found assisting when a crisis arises. She is very honest, vulnerable and real. She is passionate about walking alongside people from any walk or stage of life. She likes to write, fish or take pictures in her off time.

Lynn has been on staff here at Riverside for five years. She plays a vital role in keeping Pastor Bob looking good and the rest of the office staff on task! Lynn has three children that she loves and keep her on her toes! Lynn can be found often smiling or dancing in any spare moments. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, working out and serving others. Lynn brings life and light to our staff and we are proud to have her as a part of our team!

Dale helps us to stay collected and calculated as our Bookkeper. Dale has been on staff for the past three years.He helps to keep us accountable with our finances and within all our ministries. Dale is great at offering possible solutions and resources. He is a hard worker and takes his job very seriously, but once in a while you can find him making quick jokes in the workroom with the staff. Dale is married to Brenda and they have two children and recently became a very proud Grandpa of twins! Dale can most often be found helping his family and others in his spare time (even when he doesn't have time to spare). He enjoys traveling, lighthouses and serving others. Dale's role is vital to our staff to ensure that we are always faithful to count the cost!
